InuYasha soon shows up and combats against Juromaru, later discovering that Kageromaru lies dormant within Juromaru. Inuyasha and Koga reluctantly team up to fight against the devastatingly fast duo in spite of protecting Kagome. InuYasha destroys Juromaru and Kageromaru by way of the Tetsusaiga.
