The operation begins when an android assaults Race and the team in Tokyo to recover Dr. Quest's movement prototypes. It is revealed, however, that this was simply a set-up to test his daughters' abilities in the event of his passing (In this episode, it is unclear whether or not Dr. Zin actually died due to his appearance in the very next episode).
