Episode Description:
Doctor Venture inherits J.J.'s massive fortune and moves his family and himself to his ritzy new compound in New York City. They meet the Crusaders Action League, a group of superheroes for hire that attempt to hire Doctor Venture for protection from resident supervillains, but Doctor Venture declines and later enrages one of his neighbors, Wide Wale, a humpback whale themed supervillain. Dean decides to apply for college while Hank embraces the life of a rich playboy; while ziplining, Hank crashes into the side of Wide Wale's building and encounters his daughter Sirena for the first time. Brock is reinstated as the family's bodyguard by General Gathers, leaving Sergeant Hatred crushed. Meanwhile, Dr. Mrs. the Monarch, Phantom Limb, Red Mantle/Dragoon (now known as "Red Dragoon"), Dr. Z and Radical Left try to restore the stability of the Guild following the deaths of the Sovereign and several members of the Council of 13. In an attempt to secure the support of the Guild's New York branch, Dr. Mrs. the Monarch negotiates with Wide Wale, who has great influence on New York's resident villains. The Monarch and 21 travel to New York to "arch" Dr. Venture but fail to do so. As a result of Dr. Mrs. the Monarch's negotiations, she is forced to officially sanction Wide Wale as Doctor Venture's new archenemy.
