Episode Description:
An enormous spaceship arrives to steal the planet's water supply to sell to water-dependent aliens. The spaceship is controlled by Mutilor (voiced by Michael Dorn), a large lobster-like creature who hijacked the ship from the Aquians, a peaceful race of kat-like aliens. Mutilor is a space pirate and plans to suck the planet dry and leave it to perish. The Enforcers try to stop him, but they are ineffective, as usual. Lt. Felina Feral's plane is shot down, but not before taking out a few of Mutilor's enemy squadron fighters...
